Established by Danielle Swain, Complete Consulting are a highly skilled and creative team of people who have experience of working in the private, voluntary, public and education sectors.
We deliver complex programmes that have made a measurable difference - leading to significantly increased sales and profitability, a reduction in staff turnover and improved team working.
For over 20 years we’ve been working alongside large corporations through to small businesses and individuals delivering effective and high quality programmes focusing on:

We work developmentally and in partnership with our clients and place a huge emphasis on building strong relationships. We focus on the detail and have a practical, no-nonsense, ‘jargon free’ approach.

Our programmes are different.

We’ve all sat through training courses and research presentations where we’ve prayed for them to end, rolled our eyes at the clichéd training techniques and wondered why on earth we were there. Sessions where the presenter hasn’t taken the time to understand what you and your business need and can’t adapt the content or delivery to make it relevant.

That’s taught us a lot and we don’t work like that.

Everything we deliver is designed and tailored around what you and your team need. Our courses and workshops are challenging and thought provoking but practical, engaging and fun. And, if the needs of the business and the participants change we’ll respond to that and will change the content and our approach accordingly.
